Guarantee terms and conditions:

Our guarantee covers only the part or parts of the device that were replaced in the original repair. The guarantee doesn’t cover any other faults that were not part of the original repair. If your device is found to have a different fault than the one repaired in the original repair, we will notify you and inform you of the additional cost. Additional repairs on the same device will be performed at a discounted price of up to 50% off.

• Our guarantee does not cover the accidental breaking of screens.
• Our guarantee is void is there is visible accidental damage to your device causing our parts to malfunction.
• Our guarantee is void is there is any kind of liquid damage to your device.
• Our guarantee is void if any of our warranty stickers are removed from inside of your device.

The length of the guarantee on your repair is as follows:

iPhone repair guarantee

• iPhone OEM digitizers or LCD screens: 5 years
• iPhone 3rd party digitizers or LCD screens: 1 year
• All other iPhone parts: 5 years

iPad repair guarantee

• iPad OEM digitizers or LCD screens: 2 years
• iPad 3rd party digitizers or LCD screens: 1 year
• All other iPad parts: 2 years

iPod Touch repair guarantee

• All iPod Touch parts: 2 years

We are so confident in our repair expertise that we stand behind our repairs with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your repair within 7 days, return your device and we will refund 100% of your payment.

100% satisfaction guarantee terms and conditions:

• Any replacement parts we used will be removed from the device before we issue a refund.
• Our replacement parts must be in the same condition as they were when installed. If you have saved your damaged part/s we will reinstall them for you at no charge.
• Our warranty stickers inside your device must be intact or our satisfaction guarantee is void.
• If your LCD screen or touch screen was replaced in our repair, your device will be returned to you without a screen.
• If your device was received for service in a non functioning state, the device will be returned to you in the same state.
• If the motherboard on your device was repaired, there is a possibility that the device won’t function after we remove our integrated chips we used during the repair even though it was turning when received for service.
• If your device was sent through courier or picked up by one our our technicians, 20€ will be deducted from your refund.
