No fix, no fee

We think its only fair that in the rare event that we do not possess the necessary knowledge to repair your device, no fee is charged for that service. It’s that simple. (If you sent the device to us through courier with our charge, you will be charged only €7 for the courier fee)

If we are able to repair your device and you decide not to go ahead with the repair for whatever reason, you will be charged a €20 diagnostic fee for the work done to that point. (If you sent the device to us through courier with our charge, the total diagnostic fee will be €27)

When you bring your iPhone to your local iPhone service center, we will replace your broken iPhone LCD screen or digitizer in about 20 minutes. We keep 3G, 3Gs 4 and 4s digitizers and LCD screens in stock at all times so you don't have to wait!

We are here 9am - 9pm, Monday - Friday and 10am - 5pm on Saturday to answer any questions about your repair.

We will come to your home or office and pick up your device for repairs. We will return your repaired device by the next afternoon for all repairs except motherboard repairs and water damage!
